Items bought on this website can only be shipped to mainland UK destinations. For any other destinations, please contact us for shipping costs.
Orders received before 11.00am are usually despatched the same working day. Orders received after 11.00am are usually despatched the next working day.

Returns & Refunds

You are entitled to cancel your order at any time within 7 days from date of delivery provided you or the recipient notify us by email or phone 01580 201848 within this period and the goods remain unused.
You will be liable for any postage costs incurred as a result of returning items to Ruston House Interiors. A refund can only be given provided items returned are in perfect condition. The return address is as follows:
